When it comes to having your event professionally catered, come to Gridirne. Here we have perfected the art of barbecue! All roasting is done ON LOCATION, YOUR PLACE. We slow roast the meat over a hardwood charcoal fire, till its smoked and grilled to perfection. Then we hand carve the meat and serve it for your ultimate enjoyment!!!!
