They're grilled, roasted and smoked to perfection. We arrive with the cookers smoking and smelling good. The aroma of the meat permeates the air, adding to the atmosphere of the event. Once the meats are done, we hard carve and serve them up hot and fresh for your ultimate enjoyment!
